Run Plan for Tuesday SWING and Wednesday OWL.



NOTES: See the white board for additinal information!

       - No more than 10 uA of CW beam -- no exceptions!

       - The LHRS detector stack is not in its hut right now.  Do NOT turn on

         any HV in the LHRS until /after/ the beam tuning is completed.



Stage 1)  Tune beam delivery

  - nothing for you to do, watch the target (should be in EMPTY position)



Stage 2)  CW beam MCC checkout

  Items I requested MCC check out if they can deliver CW beam tonight:

  - Target OTR working

  - ARC energy equipment

    - NMR signals OK?

    - scanner working?

  - BCMs working

  - BPMs working

  - Harp scanners 1H03A, and 1H03B

  - Ion chambers working (calibration done with full current tomorrow)

  - Compton gamma detector working

  - Raster control working

    - can test operation using Harps, and/or spot++ (which is really spot_R)

    - (MCC will need your help with this one.)





Stage 3)  RHRS and NaI checkout with low current beam

  When MCC is done, they should call the counting house and tell you.  You

  should then page JP Chen (584-7413).  He will come in to supervise checkout

  of the RHRS and LHRS (NaI and S1 ONLY).
