I changed the loop 1 high pressure He4 target to be at 7 K,
and pressure ~ 179 psi. Fan at 48 Hz, HP heater at 73 W
with JT at 41.9%.
Loop 2 has low pressure He4 with and w/o thick (300 mg/cm^2) Pb foil.
No coolant for now.
Loop 3 has LH2 at 19K, 22 psi. Fan at 48 Hz (will change to 60 Hz later). HP Heater at 84 w with JT at 15.7%. One temperature sensor
Htr_aft reads significantly lower (16.7K)!
Total CHL flow is at 10.5 g/s. Will keep at this low flow until
CHL stabalize and Hall C complete cool-down (probably tomorrow).
Set all the alarms.
