keyword=beam tuning hitting EMPTY target frame (dummy).When MCC was tuning beam, they had cw (5 uA) with raster on (2x2.5 mm). We saw a jump of counting rates up to 20K Hz. We had Empty target, but hole is not that large (see picture). It is easy to
hit either the 15 cm dummy or the frame (downside). The replay of
data showed two peaks in y_targ corresponding to 15 cm apart.
We asked MCC to tune off raster and use pulse beam to tune first.
