keyword=Compton rate too high? (6kHz/uA)Is the Compton background too high? Right now it is 6000 Hz/uA -- I think the usual benchmark for good beam was 400 kHz/uA. Do we have a problem here, or is this a configuration issue?
FWIW, the no beam background rate reads about 50 Hz/uA. (Is that really
per uA, even when there's no beam? Or does it read-back an absolute rate
if the current drops below 1 uA?)
