This is the button that flashes red/yellow when there is a problem. It should always be running.

If it is beeping all the time, then fix the beep, please don't exit the program.

If it is quitting by itself, then we need to fix the bug -- make a halog entry.

I put the "Hall A" and Target alarm handlers on the shift checklist.
