    keyword=bugfix in ~a-onl last_scaler

    Fixed a bug in ~a-onl/scripts/last_scaler. It was piping
    data to a nonexistent file, so last event #140 wasn't updating
    and scaler_history.dat wasn't updating. This is for L-arm.
