taken at the same time as run 20281.
Figure 1 shows the number of tracks and event type distribution. Out of 611k events only 39k have tracks. Figure 2 shows the delta
distribution with only a cut on the number of trakcs > 0 and a cut
to ensure the event is a T3 (top plot). The bottom plot shows the
momentum distribution with generously loose PID and acceptance cuts.

For both the left and right arms, we were seeing a significant number
of zero track events. The VDC efficiency appears to be good (greater
than 98%). Of the events that do have tracks, a significant number of
these also appear to be background for the runs taken at P0 = 509 MeV/c.
