    Right arm magnet controls ioc (iocha16) was rebooted to load software with new alarm points for Right Q1. The noise on the Hall probe at the low momentum caused the regulation to drift on and off the set point and continuously tripping the alarm handler.

    The new software relaxed the tolerance on the Q1 field a little to avoid this spurious (unavoidable) alarm.

    FYI, the NMR locked up after the reboot and the NMR controller had to be power cycled twice before it began responding. All is well now.
