keyword=Raster setup doesn't make senseWe expected going from 1 to 2 pass that the raster setting should be twice. It looks true for x but for y we still have 3 mm and we decreased the raster current. So that hints for a beam spot off in y.
We requested to get the harp working. MCC asked us to try running the harp scan. It worked for A but not for B. MCC is unable to run it for A and B.
