keyword=deadtime glitchesThere's some evidence that the deadtime sometimes fluctuates
to ~50%, see fig 1. What's plotted is the TS-accept (13th chan
of norm. scaler) vs time at 4 sec intervals. In fig 2 is T3.
Beam was also stable. I've been noticing these glitches in datamon.
I don't know what causes them. I think they happen on both HRS.
