My advice about the R-arm TS0 problem:

    1. First try to power cycle that VME crate. 95% chance that solves the problem.

    2. If the yellow-orange light called "BFL" comes on and stays on, the board is bad.
BFL means board failure. It might come on briefly at power-up but it should turn off
    after a few seconds.

    3. Messages suggest the network connection might be bad but it is not likely.
