keyword=LHRS Cerenkov HV ChangesReduced HVs for PMTs 2, 4, 7, 8 and 10. HV for PMT # 10 was reduced
by about 100 V, since the single photoelectron peak was centered
at channel 311. I will check spectra with cosmics for now, and later
with beam.
