Turned on the photon detector, background rate was around 200KHz.
Following Sirish guidelines, I asked MCC to tune the injector to reduce the background. Rates already improved by a factor 2. We will try to get it to minimum and fine tune with path length correction when rates go roughly below 100 KHz.
Let MCC work on it to find the minimum background rate.
