    keyword=BCM D3 Rate on RHRS

While looking at the end of run summaries, I noticed that for
run numbers 20909 and 20910 that the BCM x3 charge was significantly
different than the x1 and x10 charges.

    1) Since the beginning of the experiment, the BCM x10 value in the
RHRS end-of-run summary is about a factor of two smaller than
the x1 and x3 values. I believe this is due to the calibration
constant. On the left arm, the x10 value is about 10% smaller than
the x1 and x3 values at 50 uA. This may be a saturation effect on the
x10 gain. At lower currents, all three gains appear to agree on the
    LHRS.

    2) Only recently the x3 value in the RHRS starting with run 20909
has shown about 40 to 50% higher charge than the x1 value. I
compared the BCM rates between left and right at 5 uA. the d3
rate on the RHRS was about a factor of 2 higher than the LHRS d3 rate.
All the other BCM rates for the LHRS and RHRS agree reasonably well.

    3) After beam went off for the controlled access, d3 on the RHRS was
still higher by about a factor of 2. However now that I look at the
rates they are both about 124 Hz on the RHRS and LHRS. Umm, for some
reason it appears the scaler for d3 on the RHRS might be a bit flaky,

We should keep an eye on this and further trouble shoot the problem.

Figures 1 and 2 show the BCM d3 rate for the LHRS and RHRS
    respectively showing the rate difference.
