keyword=RHRS Q1 back up, dipole still DownNo ESR problems. The dipole "quenched" and took Q1 with it. The
liquid level in Q1 has recovered and the magnet is now reset. The
dipole only recently began refilling, but it will be a long time
before the magnet is ready.
