The right dipol cryogens recovered from the earlier trip. When we tried
to start the power supply the gui displayed on/starting but faulted
(power supply fault indication)before it could engage. I cycled power on
the power supply and the Allen Bradley. The problem seems to be
resolved, the power supply is ramping normally. Jonathan Creel is onsite
and researching the cryogen failure. I noted temperatures of 30K in the
cryostat at the time of the incident, it is still not clear what caused
the problem.
