keyword=BPM positions after Ped UpdateFigure 1 shows the BPMA and BPMB positions after I updated the
pedestals in the db_rb.Raster.dat, db_urb.BPMA.dat and db_urb.BPMB.dat
database files for the CSR database directory: DB/20071108. Figure
2 shows the BPM positions before updating the pedestals. The plots
are for Run 2150, See Halog entry 213381
Unfortunately, updating the pedestals made matters worse. Hence, the
calibration constants are incorrect with data using the "new"
attenuator module.
To fix this, I will first calibrate the BPMs from the Bullseye scan
using the original attenuator. I might then be able to use the
RHRS BPM information to extract a calibration during the period of
using the "new" attenuator on the LHRS.
