    keyword=Negative dead time again?

    While DAQ running, run 5157 showed briefly negative DT on DT monitor. We 
stopped the run 5157, but scaler check seems fine. Subsequent run 5158 shows 
normal dead time. Anyway, to keep redundancy of scalers, we decided to run both 
DAQ at the same time even if R-HRS is not ready. These R-HRS runs will be 
marked as "Junk, R-HRS not ready" in the start of run.
