Performed another Bull's eye on 12C useful for testing the raster parameters. 
(This is per Guido's request ).

I understood the center to be at (0,1) based on Bob's entries #226524 and 
#226482 (though, later it is said that (0,0) works too #226547 ).

In the x-direction a range of -5 -> 4 is safe.  In y-direction a range of -2 -> 
4 is safe as well.
