    keyword=No asymmetry for beam outside Compton chicane

    FADC integration run 60337 was taken with the Compton laser off and the 
    electron beam NOT routed through the Compton chicane. I calculated all three 
    accumulator asymmetries (acc1, acc3, acc5 -- see Fig. 1) and found that they 
    were consistent with zero, as one would hope.
    
    Note that, although the laser diode was turned off, the only asymmetry 
    histograms that were filled were for cavity "on." The cut was made on the 
    real-time cavity power variable. Fig. 2 shows a plot of the EPICS cavity power 
    variable, which shows a mean cavity power of 68 mW. This is consistent with the 
    values EPICS is showing today for a laser diode that is off. This seems to 
    indicate a problem with the real-time variable.
