Khem did a couple of HV calibration settings for the trigger planes. Also ran ribbon from the trigger plane discriminators to the scalers. He finished up the day by working on speeding up his discriminator threshold GUI.
He will be running the High Voltage GUI and CODA remotely, on Sunday. So... email him if you need to use it.
I measured the transmission speed and length of the RG-8 cables. They're 210ns and 160ft long. That's 0.774c if you dont want to do it in your head (or on a calculator). Oh... and we have 6 of them. Not 5. Great. 2 spares. Can't seem to find those RG-8 to BNC adapters. Where did they go?
I also made a few more CODA configurations to read out the VME crates that read the drift chambers. They're now pointed to new bootscripts, because I changed their ROC names and IDs (to better conform to the Hall ROCs). Readout of those crates (as well as the trigger plane crate) was successful. Still need drift chamber signals into those crates, though. *sigh*
