Khem continued calibration of the hadron package scintillators with sources.

Xin investigated sources of noise/double pulsing in the bigbite chamber signals.

I investigated using various CAMAC delay/gate modules for use in timing the
LHRS/BigBite coincidence. I found that the CAEN 469 module we have is
unacceptable (FSR is much too large). I think we'll need to use analog delay
for the hadron package triggers (~150ns)... but the LeCroy 4518 with the JLab
programmable width module should be good for the LHRS triggers.

    Also:
o rerouted the RG-8/58 and RS-485 cables from the LHRS so that they were less
    of a trip hazard.
      o sent down the 1024Hz pulser through rg-58 (1)
o moved the signal Bob used on rg-58 (5)...
On the LHRS side... connected the TM module to RG-8 L1A/L
On the BB side, connected this cable to L1A.
rg-58 (5) is not currently used.
o Reran TWOARM config... and verified it still worked.
o Performed a simple rate test with the 1024Hz pulser.
Both BigBiteOnly and TS_Hadron (trigger plane only) configurations had
~950Hz L1A. The TWOARM config had about ~200Hz. The LHRS crates may be
    running without ped suppression.
o Removed the hack to sync the dE and E triggers... and replaced it with
    analog delay.
o Remeasured the E trigger timing (everything is comparable to previous
    measurements).
