Part 1.
    Reduced thresholds on E-plane to 10mV.  This gave us 108.8kHz of T1.  Set ps1=1, and the rest are gone.  Took a run 1883... TWOARM config.

The L1A rate seemed to jump from 2.7kHz to 3.4kHz... and we could see that there were gaps of a second or two in the LEDs in the gates of the ADCs/TDCs.
