It was a dead wire in upper VDC U2 plane wire#96.
Problem was traced to a damaged ribbon cable.
Replacement of the connectors didn't help.
I put new cable directly from the VDC to TDC.
It solve the problem. Most likely t0 offset need to
be adjusted in the analysis data base.
