Beam was established to Hall C this morning, and Hall B should be coming up. The plan for Hall A is to lock up when the cool down is done about 4 or 5 PM. JP just started the cool down. Big Bite is in place at 54 degrees and is mostly checked out. The helium bag between the wire chamber still need to be installed this will be done during the cool-down. There is a small glitch from the TDC being investigated right now, but this will not prevent us to do initial tests and commissionning of detector. Left HRS detectors were ready the latest time I heard about them. One major issue is Q3 power supply from the left arm which could not go above 1200 A on the week-end, Jack is working on it and might get it fixed today. Otherwise we will take beam this evening and check if with cycling at 1200 A, the optics is stable if this is the case we could run with this limitation if Q3 cannot be fixed. MCC will tune this evening through the Compton chicane. And after checking the beam properties, we will start detector commissioning following Richard's run plan I expect this to happen around end of owl / beginning of owl shift.

For people on site and involved in the experiment I would like to meet everybody at 15:00 in the counting house back room to see the status of the different things.
