    keyword=BigBite thresholds in start of run

    I added the following lines to get BB thresholds : echo "BigBite thresholds E dE(tdc) dE(trigger)">> $epicsfile tail -n 1 /net/fs.home/a-onl/bbite/bin/log_camacthreshold.dat >> $epicsfile

    /net/fs.home/a-onl/scripts/get_mwdc_thres >> $epicsfile

    this should add the E, DE and MWDCs threholds in the start of run
