with Loop 3.
Figure 1 shows the encoder positions for Pi0 from Dave Meekins web
page. Figure 2 shows the actual encoder positions from the Cryotarget
Lifter GUI page.
For the first loop 3 cell, Index # 4, the GUI shows an encoder value
of 17082714, whereas the web page indicates it should be 20649306.
Afterwards, all the encoder positions are shifted up by one index.
On the GUI, the Home/Empty position is also the BeO position.
