    16:00 Shift start with no beam
    20:30 After a sharp alarm, the target temperature rised suddenly.
    The high power heater is out of control ( ~600W), so we turned
    it off.
    The readback of fans in both loop1 and loop2 are broke too.
    We tried to reboot the IOC twice, no success and we even lost
    the control of fans.
    Paged JP without response and then we paged Dave upon RC's permit.
    21:30 Asked for controlled access for Dave to fix the target control.
    22:30 Target control fixed, however we still need some time to cool
    the target down. Thanks to Hall C for lowering down beam current
    to allow us to use more coolant.
    24:00 Target cool down almost down! Thanks to Dave.
