HV settings from June 9, 2008. See Halog entry 241762.
Youcai adjusted the A1 HV settings last week. The S2m HV settings
were adjusted on August 1 to obtain a ~ -40 mV pulse from each
channel going into the ADCs.
When we do the cosmic checkout, we will re-adjust the HV settings.
