keyword=S2m and A1 ready for Cosmic Checkout

Both the A1 and S2m detectors have been installed and cabled for the Transversity experiment. I have reformed T3 by using the "OR" of 16 S2m paddles. The S2m signal arrives about 10 ns before the S1 signal. We probably will need to delay S1 about 10-15 ns more. The width of the S1 signal was about 120 ns. I adjusted the S2m width to be about the same.

I checked the T3 cosmic rate and found it to be about 8 Hz.

Next we will begin the cosmic checkout to verify cabling to the ADCs, TDCs and scaler channels. Then we will check pedestals and timing offsets for the scintillators. At some point, we will turn on the pion rejector HVs to check the ADC cabling and adjust pedestals.
