    I plugged back the RICH crate to the TS cable.
    It seems TwoArmFB still works fine.

    Also added ROC14 and ROC15 to usrstrutils.c
    in /adaqfs/home/a-onl/bbite/crl
    and made a copy of the ts_scaler.crl to add the RICH things :
    ts_scaler_rich.crl one can add ROC14 and ROC15 by adding the
    corresponding flag.

    TwoArmRICH is a copy of TwoArmFB with the RICH crates added.

    Also tested the RICH crate standalone with ROC14 and ROC15 configuration.

    Left the DAQ running in TwoArmFB for cosmics.

    Will come back a bit later to continue on logic and timing for the RICH.
    But feel free to stop the run if you come here before I come back.
