    keyword=Fixed T1 and T6 rate issue

    During the access today we noticed that the threshold control for T1 on the camac DAC module was connected to wrong channel(not sure how this happened). It is supposed to be on channel 4 but was connected to channel 3. Therefore T1 threshold was never changing(always low) and hence huge rate of 150kHz that we saw yesterday(run 2215) with beam on empty target. it should have been 15kHz like T6.
