keyword=raster sizeAfter few hours trying, finally we get the 3*3 mm raster size. It is 4*4 in MCC units. It is the run#2843 on single carbon foil with hole. We cannot see the hole clearly on spot++, however, according to Jin and Alex's analysis, we are sure the hole is there.
