Spin Flip subsystem run smoothly for first production shift

1:10    Move He3 to Beam position and start beam tuning
1:34    Feild Sweep NMR -> Pol.=36%
1:40    Freq. Sweep NMR -> Peak @ 80.9kHz
1:49    Spin Flip System (Session #209) enganged and taking over 
control of the target. 

        Target state is
        Pol.= ~ 35% 
        "Spin Down" State = Spin Antiparalell to Field
        Holding Field is in Transverse Minors Direction
        => So Spin direction is Transverse Plus

1:50    Adjuest for Trans Minus Holding Field:
        Lock-In Phase = -76.23
        Reconfigure Stepper Motor Position & Limit Switch
2:32    Successful Spin Flip (#3 & #4) Tests in 12 uA Beam. Pol.=36%
6:43    Pol.=~42% and keep rising after 16 flips and 6 hour in beam.
