After BeO Spot check and Carbon with Hole test (Halog # 248296, @ BPM A(1.5,1) B(0 1) ), We did a couple test with beam tuning on ref cell. The conclusion is the best beam position on ref cell we have is BPM A(1.0,1.3) B(-1.5 1), and it's safe to goto 4x5 without any hitting on the cell wall.
Therefore, we are going to have tonight's ref cell run go with BPM A(1.0,1.3) B(-1.5 1), raster 3x4.
