This entry is a followup to: 248233

1) I added the strobe (re-timing) signal into the 1877 TDC in slot 13
   of ROC 4, channel 76.

2) I added the L1A signal into the 1877 TDC in slot 9 of ROC 4, 
   channel 62.  This signal was added to channel 15 of the LeCroy 4616
   that contains the triggers from the BigBite weldment.

3) I removed the L1A signal in the 1877 in slot 13 of ROC 4 channel 77.
   This was missing the gate and not reliable.

4) I cleaned up the nomenclature in the DecData class to have the 
   following prefixes:

   - "Trig" used for copies of trigger signals in the 1875
   - "L" used for copies of trigger signals in a 1877.
