    keyword=HAPPEX DAQ to "safe" mode

    There was some evidence that someone was accidently deleting object
    files for libraries needed by the HAPPEX DAQ. This leads to failures
    which were not obvious to newbies. And this disappearance happened
    to me a couple times before the experiment, too.

    To make things safer, I've copied the object files to ~apar/daqfiles.
    The boot scripts for the L-HRS and Counting room crates are
    now, respectively, happex7_safe.boot and halladaq6_safe.boot.

    To back out of this, use the old happex7.boot and halladaq6.boot
    (those are unmodified).

    Additional notes:

    1. I did not copy the compiled CRL codes. This would have required
    modifying the CODA database to point there, but it seemed unecessary
    because a) no evidence those were getting deleted, and b) if CODA
    does not download, one sees clear error messages. So, then you
    must re-makelist them or page an expert. (The problem with other stuff
    missing is that it's typically harder to decipher.)

    2. I did not touch the Lumi stuff. Joe may continue as before,
    except note that happex7_safe.boot is used.

    3. I did not modify happex4 (TS) boot. It is already safe enough.
