In the swing shift, during cosmics runs, the dead time had increased to unexpected rates (80-90%).

During the morning we removed the ROC software check on the presence of the T/H.

It seems the ROC is interrupted by the L1A (instead of L1A & T/H).

I restored the software check on T/H, the rates went to expected values. In the future it would be better to have the ROC triggered by L1A & T/H and remove the software check.
