Unfortunately/fortunately the ADC signal for S2m PMT # 4 came back. It's
nice that it was back, but that made trouble shooting what was causing
the problem harder. Since run 3586, there has been a reasonable
looking ADC signal in the channel. The TDC spectra has always been
present.

I checked the signal on the scope coming from the detector and also at
the lower patch panel right before going into the ADC. The signal looks
alive and very healthy. On a gamble, I switched the ADC channel to see
if this problem goes away. I moved the signal from ROC 3, slot 25
channel 20 to channel 43, which comes right after the Gas Cerenkov
signals.

I took a pedestal run and updated both the pedestal suppression file
and the db_L.s2.dat file. I might need to create a new database
directory to reflect the changes that I made today.
