    keyword=HAPPEX crashed. New HAPPEX run: 30450

    HAPPEX crashed in the last few minutes of Run 3845 (couldn't talk to TS1 or ROC23). Runs 3846 and 3847 were test runs taken without HAPPEX data while we looked for the telnet windows to the ROC.

    HAPPEX run 30450 was begun at 14:47 after we rebooted ROC23, TS1 and the HAPPEX coda. New Production run 3848 began shortly thereafter.
