For the PVDIS parasites on R-HRS ...

I turned on the R-HRS VDC HV after first needing to reboot the crate there
because the bottom VDC didn't turn on. The thresholds are on but Jack
says one power supply will still need to be replaced because it drifts.
Other HV are still on, as far as I can tell (but maybe not, see below).
Magnets are off, of course.

I'm seeing 99.8% T7, and 0.2% T9, and a very tiny amount of T5.
I suppose something is turned off, Ramesh. We need T8 for checkout.
The R-HRS DAQ is working; I took run 20181 and 20182.
