    keyword=More tests for the Lasers

Did one more laser power test for the COMET lasers to find out the real
    degradation of the diode.

    Jlab @ 25C
    40A: 25.2W (no old data)
    30A: 17.1W
    20A: 9.0W
    10A: 1.24W

    W&M @ 26C
    40A: 27.6W (was 28.6W before experiment)
    30A: 18.6W
    20A: 9.8W
    10A: 0.98W

    Rutgers @ 20C
    40A: 29.1W (was 30.3W before experiment)
    30A: 20.4W
    20A: 11.7W
    10A: 2.73W

Looks like that both the W&M and Rutgers have about 4% drop in output
power. However, because the Rutgers laser was living in a much cooler
condition than the W&M one (20C compared 26C), the life time is supposed
to be longer, so I hope that's a long term effect. We will keep an eye on
    this.
