there were some defunct processes that were causing problems. I was
able to kill these and get Compton running again.
However, the Compton rate was between 2 and 4 kHz/uA before beam
tripped off. I talked with the crew chief and he said that the Hall A
slit was still at 28. The owl shift crew posted a log entry
indicating that around 6:30 MCC did some tuning for Hall A. This
might explain the rate increase.
