The MeasV for card/chan 11/1 (fig 1) fluctuates by up to 10-20V. It also flashes red at times that seem to correlate with the MF2alarms.
Probably a bad channel or card (not sure what it is powering though).
Figure 2 shows an inconsistency in the GUI. Note channels 4--7 in card 7 have a MeasV of -3.1 kV but a demand of 0 and are, in fact, turned off. This is also true of slot 9.
