Jin and Xin did a test run (5238) to observe if turning on/off
Cerenkov had a significant impact on the scalers. Below are
the online plots. This should be checked more carefully offline
but online the effect looks pretty small on the scale of the plot.
(note, bbite scalers have more data because I analyzed it later
in the run).
