In trying to systematically determine the origin of the double pulsing, the double pulsing disappeared. I wonder if it's just a lose cable (in the counting house), or a flaky level translator (that fans out the v2f signals to everywhere else).

Specifically, the double pulsing disappeared when I unplugged and re-plugged the output from the V2f (TTL) to the Input of the Level Translator. This made me suspicious of the Level Translator. We should consider replacing this module during the next long down.
