    keyword=TIR helicity check, changed cable.

    The experiment reported that the TIR helicity bits did not make
    sense. (Sorry, I don't know the halog to refer back to, but I think
    it was within the past 2 days.)

    I took access on L-HRS. Checked the signal at the NIM/ECL
    converter that feeds the TIR. The helicity signal looked
    good on a scope. Next, I replaced the ECL cable that feeds the TIR
    Took a run #5456 with mostly T8 and the TIR helicity data looks
    normal to me, using primitive software tools. We'll see what the
    experts using Podd think.

    Additional note: this happened in Nov 2008, I think Nov 4. At the
    time we just re-seated the cable. This time I changed the cable
    because it may have a fatigued connector.
