spot++ was apparently still pointing at the wrong software and was picking up the old LHRS single arm runs. I ended up just changing the following symlinks to point at the 'quick fix' described in Halog 259889:

~adaq/bin/Linux/spot_coinc ->
/adaqfs/home/adaq/rastersize/Coinc/rastersize.sh*
~adaq/bin/Linux/spot++     -> spot_coinc*
~adaq/bin/Linux/spot       -> spot_coinc*

The spot positions in the histograms do not match the real BPM positions. This appears to be a problem with the pedestals picked up by the software. The beam dimensions should be accurate. The 'spot' and 'spot++' links will have to be updated to point back at 'spot_L' when we go back to single arm mode.
