keyword=Harp Scan ResultsHarp scans results after a few hours of tuning. At first, the beam
profile was focusing in X and defocusing in Y. It took some time to
correct the focusing in X. It seems they were able to improve the
beam profile after they made the spot bigger at Harp A.
Final results:
Harp A: 237 um by 237 um
Harp B: 224 um by 185 um
