photoelectron peaks to 50 mV. Figure 1 shows the HV's for the beam
left side (small angle) PMT's and Figure 2 shows the HV's for the
beam right side (large angle) PMT's.
PMT # 12 shows ringing even before the amplifier. PMT # 19 shows a
large range of amplitudes indicating a bad PMT.
